This flavourful and complex combination of pork and venison is slow-dried and wrapped in a natural casing.
The characteristic, savoury depth of flavour that can only come from premium game is combined with a pleasant texture and buttery-soft mouthfeel in this classic French saucisson sec. For lunch or dinner, simply slice, remove the bloomy rind, and consume with fresh bread.
Adding this sausage to a charcuterie board or picnic spread is also a great idea. It goes nicely with foods that have similar strong flavours, like cornichon, red currants, or ripe cheeses. Ingredients: 70% pork, 10% pork fat, 20% venison's meat, salt, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT dextrose, natural spices, potassium nitrate, maturation ferment.
Nutritional values per 100g 1758 kJ (424 Kcal), protein 25g, carbohydrates 1.1g including trace sugars, fat 36g of which saturated 14g, salt 4.5g.
