Question: Why is the length of the dance pole higher or lower than expected after installation?
Answer: Height adjustment can be achieved by adjusting the tightness of the screws. So please make sure to follow the installation instructions strictly for a perfect installation.
Question: What do I need to do if it is wobbly and loose after installation?
Answer: The screws may not be tightened when the unit is installed independently, resulting in wobbling. We recommend that you use the included tool to tighten the screws on each part so that there is no wobbling.
