Triticium vulgare wheat flour (gluten), muesli 12.5% (raisins, sultanas, currants, peanuts, oats, coconut), sugar, vegetable fat (palm fruit, tbhq), baking powder (E450, E500, E170), salt, flavourings.

Directions

Soak in coffee or tea before eating.
