- Italian extra virgin olive oil bio of superior quality comes directly from olives of own production under ORGANIC ICEA certified - 100% Italian, Sicilian
- It is cold extracted at controlled temperature (27 ), in a modern continuous cycle crusher
- The olives are pressed in the company oil mill within 8 hours of collection. This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is purely the freshly extracted juice of the olive fruit. NOT FILTERED
- After tasting by an authorized panel essential to establish the high quality and organoleptic qualities, the EVO oil is stored under nitrogen in steel silos before being bottled. The result is our fruity extra virgin olive oil, with a balanced taste between bitter and spicy notes.
