MONIN Sweet and Sour helps to recreate bar quality cocktails every time. Sweet and Sour is a ready to use product made of pure sugar, Sicilian lemon juice and a touch of lime juice. It allows the user to create perfect margaritas, sours and other classic cocktails. Its as simple as Mix, Shake, Pour! Using MONIN Sweet and Sour in a range of shaken cocktails will help to produce a foam on your drinks to create added mouth feel and texture. MONIN Sweet and Sour is perfect to be used in shaken cocktails and mocktails.

Ingredients

Water, sugar, acid: citric acid, concentrated lime and lemon juice, natural flavouring, natural lemon-lime flavouring with other natural flavourings, natural lemon-lime flavouring, natural flavouring of lemon-lime and other citrus fruits , emulsifiers: xanthan gum, acacia gum, E445, preservative: E202. Lime juice: 7%.

Directions

Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
