Description
- Drink to ease sore throat, bleeding gums, voice loss, cough, phlegm, fever and constipation.
- Wash malva nuts. Soak in hot boiling water for 10 minutes. Do not cook.
- If making sweet dessert, remove skin and pit after soaking. Add the flesh into cooked dessert.
- Easy Malva Nut Tea: Wash 2 malva nuts and place in tea infuser. Soak in 250ml boiling hot water for 10 minutes.
- Drink the tea and refill up to two times with boiling hot water. Remove skin and pit to consume soften malva nut flesh.
