Cooked Chicken Breast Pieces (28%) (Chicken Breast (99%), Tapioca Starch, Salt), Sugar, Water, Tomato Ketchup (Water, Tomato Paste, Sugar, White Vinegar, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Flavouring), White Wine Vinegar, Tinned Pineapple (5%) (Pineapple, Pineapple Juice), Carrot (5%), Red Pepper (4%), Water chestnuts (3%), Rapeseed Oil, Maize Starch, Light SOYbeans Sauce (SOYbeans Sauce (Water, Roasted WHEAT, SOYbeans Beans, Salt), Sugar, Water, Salt), Pineapple Juice from Concentrate, Lemon Juice, Ginger Pure, Colour: Paprika Extract; Salt.

Directions

Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan). Place the pouch on a baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes. Alternatively, pierce the pouch and heat in the microwave for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let it stand for 1 minute before eating.
