Product Description

Produced in the Jerez, Andalucia in Southern Spain using a 20 year old solera-criandera. Bodegas Jose Paez Lobato make a delicious traditional flavoured sherry vinegar with firm acidity and a long finish.

Directions

Use for dressing, sauce, meat or fish as well as for pickling. You can use it safely in the cooking process.
