Product Description

Italian pasta maker Garofalo has been making high quality pasta since 1789 in Gragnano, the birthplace of pasta in Italy. Gemelli are spiral pasta. It appears to look like two tubes twisted around each other, but is in fact one single s-shaped strand twisted to form a spiral, like interlaced string. Gemelli looks so much like two tubes twisted together, that its name is derived from the Italian word for "twins".
