Concentrated Japanese tonkotsu broth made from pork bones, inspired by Fukuoka-style ramen, with a rich, slow-simmered flavour. Its flavour is deep and rounded on the palate, offering a creamy texture that coats noodles perfectly. Ideal for preparing authentic ramen or as a cooking base for other Japanese dishes. Made in Japan. Preparation: Bring 270 to 400 ml of water to a boil. Add the contents of one sachet (45 g) to the hot water (adjust to your preference: concentrated or lighter). Stir well until completely dissolved. Pour over cooked ramen noodles and add the toppings of your choice (pork, spring onions, egg, etc.). Alternative use: Can also be used as a broth base for udon, nabe or other Japanese dishes, adjusting the amount of water to taste.
