Ingredients

Wholegrain oat flakes (50%), golden syrup (partially inverted sugar syrup), barley flakes, dark chocolate curls (7%) (cocoa solids: 60% minimum) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavouring), high oleic sunflower oil, freeze dried cherries (2.5%), sunflower seeds (2.5%), macadamia nuts (2.5%), cocoa powder.
