Urban Powder Urban Keratin 9-Tone Bleaching Powder, the multi-technical powder for all lightening work.
Its formula enriched with oil and white clay offers lightening up to 9 tones while preserving the hair fibre. Its fine, light and non-volatile texture allows homogeneous and smooth mixes without swelling during the break time, for optimal results.
Warnings: Do not apply to unintegrated, irritated or pathologically ill scalp. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes immediately if contact with the product occurs. Do not use to bleach eyelashes and eyebrows. Do not use it differently than intended. Wear appropriate gloves. Keep out of reach of children. Professional use.

Directions

Mix the powder with a 20 volume developer (not included) in a 1:2 ratio. Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair, starting from the roots and working down to the ends. Leave on for 30-45 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Do not apply to unintegrated, irritated, or pathologically ill scalp. Avoid contact with eyes. Wear appropriate gloves. Keep out of reach of children. Professional use only.
