- In a village in the Picos de Europa National Park, we have a small cabin where we will rest. One afternoon of cold and rain in autumn, we make in our wood oven Fantastic Butter Cookies. We do not know if it was the aroma that they emanated or it was the result of chance, but, in the meadow that surrounds the house, the animals of the village gathered to the irresistible aroma of cookies.
