Description
- Slow-cured Gran Reserva Serrano ham slices in a handy 500g pack.
- Serrano ham slices from hams cured naturally for 18 months. They are made from Duroc-breed Serrano pigs.
- The extra marbling in the meat allows for 25% less salt than normal to be used in the curing process. This gives a sweeter, more mellow, rounded flavour than other Serrano ham.
- The slices are interleaved for ease of separation. Serve them at room temperature for best flavour.
- Classically served in Spain with Picos artesanos (mini breadsticks) as an accompaniment, or as part of a charcuterie platter with other meats and olives - and a glass of Rioja!
