- The Cups are ideal for use with wet (blood) cupping techniques as they are cheap, easy to use and most importantly disposable. This helps eliminate the risk of cross infection of blood-borne viruses and diseases that are a very real risk when using the other such alternatives. The cups are also individually wrapped for added hygiene and ease of storage, this prevents dust and microbes from contaminating the cups before use.
- The cup sizes are as follows: SIZE 1 = 6.8cm diameter cups SIZE 2 = 6.0cm diameter cups SIZE 3 = 5.1cm diameter cups SIZE 4 = 4.2cm diameter cups SIZE 5 = 3.2cm diameter cups SIZE 6 = 2.9cm diameter cups
- Sizes 1 & 2 are the most commonly used for the back, sizes 3 & 4 on the neck, head and knee joints and sizes 5 & 6 for ankles, elbows, wrists, face and hands.
